It’s just like having a FaceTime or Zoom video chat with a friend, except with real results! Coaching is not counseling, with less emphasis on family of origin issues and mental health struggles. I can help you achieve a better, richer overall quality of life, often in just a few sessions.

Coaching sessions are $150 for a 50-minute session, payable by Venmo or PayPal.
